Treatments are booked via time not by treatment type.

Each treatment is unique to you and your needs on the day.

I use a variety of techniques to provide you with the treatment that you want. If you don’t know what you want, don’t worry, you’re in experienced hands and I soon get a sense of what you and your body are communicating to me.

I understand life can sometimes get in the way of keeping an appointment.  If you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the starting time of your appointment and 72 hours before for Monday appointments to ensure availability for other clients.

Appointment times are reserved for you – missed appointments without appropriate notice will incur a fee

For your first session:

  1. Please refrain from using any oils/creams/lotions/sun screen on your skin if possible as these products make it difficult to maintain good contact during your treatment.
  2. Ladies, don’t feel obliged to shave your legs – it really doesn’t matter to me.
  3. During massage treatments you are draped with towels and I only uncover the area I am working on.  You will keep underwear on, however please don’t wear your best underwear just in case any massage oil accidentally seeps onto it.
  4. MFR sessions are usually done in both bra and briefs and like massage you will be draped with towels. Some people prefer to wear a well fitted or sports bra with loose fitted shorts and not to have towels. It is entirely up to you and not a requirement.

Your experience is as important to me as it is to you please communicate freely with me at any time during the session.  Eg. If you are too hot/cold, if you need the bathroom, more water, if the pressure is not perfect for you etc.

During MFR session we work more as a team to reach your goals and I will ask you to feel into your body to let me know any sensations you may be feeling.  It is quite common to feel the tissue melting like butter under my hands. You may also feel these sensations and others elsewhere in your body, this feedback and your ability to tune in makes the whole treatment even more effective.

Please see my frequently asked questions page for more information.  Or feel free to contact me prior to your appointment with any other questions you may have.

I look forward to meeting you soon.
